Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@solyellea.com with your order number and clear photos of the package received so we can investigate the issue promptly.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will instead fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
